They will prepare the financial (promissory note) and security (mortgage, UCC, Assignments) instruments necessary to give you peace of mind when you are lending money. Fitzgerald Law will conduct the closing on your behalf, record the security instruments and disburse the funds to the borrower. Once the loan is due, they will prepare a payoff statement and release of mortgage and have the payoff funds wired to your bank account to wrap up the entire transaction in a seamless fashion.
